At Atlantic Colours.com, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days.

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

1. To process your return, you must use our online returns system. Simply log into your account and click the "return" link next to the order you wish to return. Then follow the simple instructions, print out your returns form and return it with your goods. Your refund will then be processed.
2. All goods must be returned in good condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we consider them unsuitable for resale.
3. We cannot accept returns of printed, embroidered or processed goods under any circumstances.
4. We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
5. We do not refund your original delivery charge, or the cost of returning the items to us. We do not offer a collection service.
